STORY:

Welcome everyone to another game ooooooooooof “Is That Door A Mimic?” 

or ITDAM? fo short.

today we have an Adventurer who Really wants the treasure in this beautiful place We, The mimics, call home or lair 

and our participants call a dungeon or, and i'm paraphrasing here (sound of paper)“that hole in the mountain that smell like death and gobling feces” or THITMTSLDAGF, for short.

i'm your lovely host, Mr. Mimic

our participants want the treasure at the bottom of the dungeon, that's no problem, you can have it, but can you escape the lair unharmed? that's what we are here to see and/or Taste

Now, the game is simple, in front of you there's a bunch of doors, 1 is an actual door that will live you closer to your freedom, the rest are sleeping mimics that wants you as their breakfast,

 If you choose correctly you can leave the dungeon, you win, and you can keep the treasure, if you choose wrong, well, let me put it like this, 

Mimics don't digest or like either silver, gold or gemstones, but we dont mind when we have them as a side dish, you get me? main dish, i i mean, participant? nice saved

How do we know which door is a mimic and which is not?

simple, you have 3 actions you can do before you try to open the door.

you can knock on 1 of the doors and see if they growled at you or not, if their not, your good, if they do, well, now you know which door is the grumpy one

you can put your ear on to the door and try to hear if the door is snoring or not

and last but not least, you can use your tools to try and inspect the lock of the door, but be carefull, this would rattle up the mimics on the room, and if you try to inspect the doors in any other way they would eat you without a second thought.

mimics learn, so the further you go try to go out, they would expect you to use these methods, so, be mindful of it.

 “how else can we know if they are a mimic?.

you should check if the door has water under it, if they dont look like they have something dripping in front of them, then maybe that door might be drooling .

if you can see their knobs change position, i can assure you, it's not an earthquake, the door just has an itch they can't scratch.

and finally if they are breathing, yeah, doors don't tend to do that.

now, dont rush it but neither take forever to choose

mimics will become more anxious and will try to eat you if you take long enough in each room.
